If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns if they are sent back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. It must still have the sales tag attached and be in a saleable condition. Swimwear must be returned with hygiene labels still in tact & in the packaging bags you receive them in. When returning an item please enclose a piece of paper with your order number & exchange/refund details. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns and take no liability over items lost on the way back to us. We do not accept refunds on sale items or items bought using a discount code (this includes rep codes & Black Friday), you can however exchange for the same value or more. Due to Pukatuka & Pangasa being made to order for the individual customer, we are only able to offer exchanges or credit notes on purchases of these brands.
If your order received free delivery due to it being over £80 and you return goods that reduce the order to less than £80, the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like an exchange we will send out the replacement within 4 working days, if we have it in stock. If it is out of stock we will get in contact with you. We will pay the cost of delivery for the exchange from us to you if you are a domestic customer. Any international customers will be charged the shipping for the exchange to be sent out.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you if it’s eligible for a refund. If the item is not eligible for a refund, we will repost the item back to you. If the return is approved we will refund you the cost of the returned item within 3 working days. We do not refund shipping costs.
