Returns & Refunds Policy

If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

 

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Items must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them.
    • Sales tags must be attached and the item must be in a saleable condition.
    • Swimwear must have hygiene labels intact and be returned in the original packaging bags.
  • Please enclose a note with:
    • Your order number
    • Details of your exchange or refund request
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for items lost in transit when being returned.
  • No refunds on sale items or items purchased using discount codes (including welcome codes & Black Friday).
    • Items may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only.
  • Pre-order items are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.
    • We can offer exchanges or credit notes for these items.
  • If your order qualified for free delivery over £80 and your return brings the total below £80, the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We aim to send out exchange items within 4 working days (if in stock).
  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll contact you.
  • Domestic customers: we’ll cover the delivery cost for the exchanged item.
  • International customers: shipping costs will apply for the exchange.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
  • If the item is not eligible for a refund, it will be posted back to you.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days for the cost of the returned item only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
