If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns if they are sent back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. It must still have the sales tag attached and be in a saleable condition. When returning an item please complete and enclose a return form. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns and take no liability over items lost on the way back to us. We do not accept refunds on sale items or items bought using a discount code (this includes rep codes & Black Friday), you can however exchange for the same value or more.
If you would like an exchange we will send out the replacement within 2 working days, if we have it in stock. If it is out of stock we will get in contact with you.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you if it’s eligible for a refund. If the item is not eligible for a refund, we will repost the item back to you. If the return is approved we will refund you the cost of the returned item within 3 working days. We do not refund shipping costs.
